South Carolina has “Casino Cruises”, but inland gambling is restricted to Video Lottery Terminals and Bingo.

In recent legislative activity, the South Carolina House of Representatives’ Session 116 (2005) passed HB 3112 or the Gambling Cruise Act. This Act would make gambling on cruises illegal effective on July 1, 2005. On the other hand, the Senate has proposed SB 311 or Watercraft Gambling Act, which would ensure that casino cruises continue to be lawful.
