Gambling in most forms are prohibited in Nebraska however, Nebraska has entered into one Tribal compact.

The following gambling activities are allowed in Nebraska:

• Pari-mutuel wagering on horse races
• Bingo conducted by licensed organizations
• Lotteries and raffles conducted by qualified organizations
• County and city lotteries, including keno
• Pickle cards lotteries conducted by licensed organizations
• Nebraska Lottery scratch ticket or online ticket games
• Tribal gaming
